QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: February 12, 2004, Akron, Ohio USA -- The Board of Directors of Myers Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MYE) today declared a regular $.05 per share dividend. The dividend will be paid April 1, 2004, to shareholders of record as of March 5, 2004.
