QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: February 17, 2005, Akron, Ohio—The Board of Directors of Myers Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MYE) today declared a regular $.05 per share dividend. The dividend will be paid April 1, 2005, to shareholders of record as of March 4, 2005.
